SMS and Text Message Communications
Alto Practice sends transactional and reminder text messages through its secure messaging platform on behalf of participating healthcare practices to patients who have provided affirmative, documented consent. This program is not used for promotional or marketing SMS.
SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving healthcare services. Patients may opt out by replying STOP, updating preferences in the patient portal, or contacting their healthcare provider. See our SMS Terms & Conditions.
