Description of Service
Alto Practice licenses secure cloud-based EHR, patient portal, practice management, and communications software to healthcare professionals. Alto Practice facilitates secure communications on behalf of participating healthcare practices and does not provide medical care.
Communications and SMS
Patients communicate with their healthcare provider through Alto Practice. Email and SMS are sent through the platform on behalf of participating healthcare providers. See SMS Terms & Conditions.
